Every session at Flutter & Flow is tailored to you. There is no script. She assesses, listens, adjusts, and delivers. Below is what's on the menu, but the real service is the one built around your body on the day you come in.
What We Offer
Prices are based on session length, not modality — with the exception of deep tissue massage. A session does not have to be deep tissue to be therapeutic. Therapeutic means goal-focused or area-specific work with a particular outcome in mind. Deep tissue work applies more sustained pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
Please note that all session times reflect hands-on table time. Your 60-minute session is 60 full minutes of massage.

Nicole has been practicing and studying lymphatic massage for over eight years and holds a certification in the technique.

Sessions can begin as soon as 24 hours post-operation and are typically scheduled one to two times per week, depending on recovery stage. Sessions are hands-only, no tools or equipment, but the results are dramatic. Pressure is adjusted to your pain level and healing stage.

No incisional drainage is performed, as this falls outside the scope of massage therapy practice and should only be performed by a physician when clinically necessary.

Flutter & Flow gift certificates are available for any session type or dollar amount. They make a meaningful gift for someone recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or simply overdue for real self-care. All gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates received as part of a giveaway or donation carry a printed expiration date.
