Appointments Required
All sessions are by appointment only; no walk-ins are accepted. Please call the office if you are seeking a same-day appointment.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled session price, charged to the card on file. All no-show appointments will be charged the full session fee. All outstanding balances must be settled before any future appointments can be scheduled.
You are responsible for getting to your appointment on time. Please note that reminders are a courtesy; payment for missed appointments is still due regardless of whether you received one.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee still applies. This policy protects the time of clients booked after you.
Gratuity
Gratuity is always appreciated and never expected. It is not included in session pricing unless otherwise specified. All-Inclusive Sessions are the exception; gratuity is built into the price.
Gift Certificate Policy
All gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates received through a giveaway or donation carry a printed expiration date and will not be extended beyond that date.
Minors Policy
Flutter & Flow welcomes clients of all ages. For clients under 14, a parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room for the full session. For clients ages 14 through 17, the parent or guardian may choose whether to remain in the room. A separate minor consent form is required for all clients under 18 and must be completed before the first session.
Client Conduct Policy
Flutter & Flow is a professional therapeutic environment. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. This includes suggestive comments, sexual innuendo, and any inappropriate physical contact directed toward the massage therapist. Violations result in immediate termination of the session. The client will not be permitted to rebook, and the full session fee will be charged.
Right to Refuse Service
Flutter & Flow reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at any time, at the sole discretion of the therapist.
