New Clients

New to Flutter & Flow? Welcome. To book your first appointment, please call 716-800-1206 or fill out the new client intake form after booking your appointment. A card on file is required for all new clients.

When submitting the intake form, please include a detailed description of the reason you are booking. The more specific you are, the better Nicole can prepare. She may follow up for clarification and will ask for your preferred contact method: call or text.

Returning Clients

Returning clients can call, text, or book directly online through the scheduling system at any time.
